Rent a boat locally and you are on your way to the river, the Gulf 
of Mexico and perhaps a private island beach to enjoy a picnic lunch.

This home is beautifully landscaped and designed for indoor and 
outdoor living. The floor plan is a split plan with master wing on 
one side and two bedrooms and bathrooms on the other. All bedoroms 
have waterviews.

The master bedroom offers sliding doors right out to the heated pool 
and screened lanai.


Home is completely furnished with eat in kitchen and dining room. 
There is even a woodburning fireplace! Includes two TV's, DVD
