an inviting upstairs living room with a wood burning fireplace and big screen TV. Spend time on the 
slopes, hiking, biking, or soak up the view from the Jacuzzi on the deck.   You will be living large 
in Mammoth Mountain with all the comforts of home.

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter Rates range from $650 to $950 and summer rates range from $500 to $700 per night depending on 
length of stay, number of people, and timing.  Cleaning fee is included in rate.
