Normal Published rates: 

Base rate is $375.00 per night for up to 10 guests. Additional guests are $20.00 per person per  night, whichever is more. 7th night is free. Guests aged 3 and under stay free, but count toward total number of guests (maximum 18)

Cleaning Fee: 125.00-160.00  Tax: 15%

Cancellation Policy: Cancel 45 days in advance of check-in date and receive a full refund; Cancel
30 days in advance and receive a 50% refund; Cancel 14 days or less before check-in date and balance
is due in full (including rental rates and applicable fees)..

One week minimum for New Years, Christmas and Thanksgiving Weeks. 3-4 day holidays require 3-4 day minimum stay. New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th weekends in October and the first weekend in November have an additional $200.00 holiday weekend premium.
