provides 4300 square feet of finished space, 2000 square feet of covered deck and 1000 square feet  
of covered terrace level patio. Ideal for 3-5 families, extended families, large reunion gatherings,  
or a couple that likes a lot of space. Perfect for a small wedding, wedding reception, or honeymoon!  
With 5 sleeping areas on the perimeter of 3 large common areas on three different levels, Sassafras  
Place has been is designed to accommodate a large group, while still providing privacy to couples  
and individuals. The home has been designed so that all rooms offer outstanding mountain views of  
over 70 miles with Amicalola Falls State Park and Springer Mountain as the center of the view. Top

Vacation Rental Rates

Base rate is $375.00 per night for up to 10 guests.  Additional guests are $35.00 per person per  
night, whichever is more. 7th night is free. Guests aged 2 and under stay free!  
 
Cleaning Fee: 135.00     Tax: 13% 
 
Cancellation Policy:  Cancel 45 days in advance of check-in date and receive a full refund; Cancel  
30 days in advance and receive a 50% refund; Cancel 14 days or less before check-in date and balance  
is due in full (including rental rates and applicable fees).. 
 
One week minimum for New Years, Christmas and Thanksgiving Weeks. 3-4 day holidays require 3-4 day  
minimum stay. New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th  
weekends in October have an additional $200.00 holiday weekend premium.
