Spectacular ocean views from every room! Watch the dolphins cross
the Point at high tide - twice each day - from your own private
balcony! At low tide, stroll 20 yards to the beach.

Ocean Point pool and playground lie directly outside your window.
Or, shoulder your golf bag and walk 70 yards from the condo door to
the first tee of the newly revamped Ocean Point golf course! The
second golf course is only a short golf cart ride away.

Our condo offers 3 bedrooms plus a pull-out queen sofa in the living
room. The queen bedroom upstairs offers a full-size futon as well.
The second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds. The master bedroom
has a king-size bed and master bath with a soaking tub. All
bedrooms are freshly painted with new bedding and have TVs and DVD
players. The living room has a 26-inch TV, stereo, and DVD player.

Fripp Island is a 3,000-acre private, gated island 3.5 miles long
and 1 mile wide. It has 3 miels of uncrowded beach, two golf
courses, miles of scenic bike paths, a fitness center, restaurants,
and Camp Fripp, a children's recreation activity center. Bikes,
golf carts, mopeds, kayaks, etc. are available for rent.

Fripp Island is a barrier island and a wildlife paradise.
Loggerhead turtles, snowy white egrets, magnolias, oleanders,
alligators, and more than 175 species of birds comprise just some of
the natural wildlife you'll find in the oceans, beaches, freshwater
lakes, saltmarshes, and creeks of Fripp Island. Take advantage of
the many organized nature programs on Fripp, such as ocean-seining,
wildlife photography, canoeing and kayaking. Go fishing, crabbing,
or shrimping, and cook up your catch in our well-equipped kitchen!

noted for its lovely antebellum architecture and many historic homes
and buildings, art galleries, and lowcountry restaurants.

Summer Prime (6/17-8/4) = $1,980/wk, Sunday to Sunday. All amenity
cards, taxes, and fees included.

Early/Late Summer (4/8-4/22, 8/5-9/3)= $1,515/wk. All amenity
cards, taxes, and fees included.

Sports (4/23-5/24, 9/4-12/1) = $1,150wk. All amenity cards, taxes,
and fees included.

Winter (12/2-3/16) = $1,000/wk. All amenity cards, taxes, island
fees, and cleaning fee included.

Nightly rates slightly higher. Cleaning fee of $110 waived with
weekly rental.
