2/2 single floor home with master bedroom with private bath and walk 
in closet, 2nd bedroom and 2nd bath. Vaulted ceiling with celestra 
windows make this very bright and cheerful. 
One and a half car garage for car and golf cart. Tennis, pool, and 
jacuzzi at clubhouse. Extremely quiet, beautiful, and friendly 
community. No pets, no smoking, please. Three month minimum lease 
includes transfer of golf and tennis membership.

Available Jan. thru March (or more) 2008 - 3 month minimum. $3,500 
per month(was $3,800)includes all utilities. $1,000 deposit and 
signed lease holds the unit.
