Located in the exclusive Buena Vista Villas resort in Manuel Antonio, 
Casa 405 is a luxurious 2-bedroom octagon shaped retreat nestled into 
the jungle hillside. It offers 320 degree panoramic views of the 
Pacific Ocean and lush jungle and is a short walk away from the  
finest 
and most private beach in the entire area. 
 
Casa 405 is possibly the best positioned casa in the whole resort,  
yet 
is privately owned and managed meaning that you get a 10% discount 
over the standard Buena Vista Prices. 
 
The casa is luxuriously furnished and is equipped with state of the 
art appliances and electronics throughout. As you enter through the 
huge teak door you pass into the over-sized lounge and kitchen area.  
 
This leads out to the 450 sqft. wrap-around verandah with 
breath-taking view of the pacific ocean and surrounding jungle. The 
deck is kitted out with teak dining table, and chairs for a fantastic 
open-air dining experience, and 4 comfortable rocking swivel chairs. 
 
On the lower level are the 2 air conditioned bedrooms, both with 2 
queen sized beds with high quality luxurious mattresses and European 
linen, cable TV and a DVD player. 
 
Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with stone counter tops  
and 
open-air raindrop showers. 
 
Breakfast at the Tulemar restaurant is included in the price of your 
stay, and guests of the villa also have access to the resort's  
private 
beach and the Buena Vista swimming pool facilities.
