duplex is a few steps from busy Monkland Avenue and its outdoor 
cafés, shops, and eclectic restaurants.  

Warm Mediterranean tile, wood cabinetry, antique and modern furnishings 
blend to provide a gracious and relaxing atmosphere in this newly-
renovated garden apartment in the heart of trendy Monkland Village. 

Large patio doors lead onto a private terrace surrounded by flowers, 
where you can enjoy breakfast at a bistro table under an old maple 
tree.

Our tree-lined street is conveniently located ten minutes from the 
downtown core and a short walk from the subway. Main expressways are 
2 minutes away.

Sleeps 4 adults comfrotably or 3 adults and 2 children. The bedroom has a queen-
size bed, the livingroom has a double sofa-bed, and a fold-out single 
is also available. The extendable dining table seats six. 

Features include 5' mirrored closet doors in the bedroom and floor to 
ceiling tile with mosaic accents in the bathroom.

more - bring enthusiastic crowds. The Grand Prix and Indy races are a 
big hit and all are easily accessible. 

We’re close to parks with tennis courts, playgrounds, swimming and 
wading pools. 

The Atwater market is 7 minutes from our door - timed by a guest. And 
yes, there’s even a golf course less than ten minutes away!
