Vacation Rental Description

Perfect winter Ski house, very close to the slopes and tubing, great  
fireplace for drying ski wear for the next morning and a cozy  
jacuzzi for telling tails of the trails. 
 
Slope side Townhouse located in Snow Ridge Village on Jack Frost  
Mountain.  SKI-in/SKI-out with enough natural snow, otherwise a  
quick walk to the trail-close enough for my 5 year old son to walk  
in his Ski boots!

All weekend rentals include early check-in on Friday and late check- 
out on Sunday.  3 days of skiing or summer fun for the cost of 2  
nights!! 
 
Short drive to Jack Frost National Golf Course (1  
mile), 15 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Area (same lift ticket as  
Jack Frost), POCONO Speedway (Pocono 500 & Pennsylvania 500)  Close  
to Lehigh River white water rafting, mountain biking & fishing.

private jacuzzi, sleeps 8.  TV/DVD in each bedromm.  First floor  
master with king bed and private bath, second floor bedroom with  
queen bed and bunk beds, loft with full sleeper sofa and full bath. 
All kitchen utencils included, microwave, toaster, coffee maker,  
Dish washer, ice maker.  Clothes washer and dryer.  Cable  
TV/DVD/VCR, phone, private WIFI internet. 
Gas grill, deck and screened porch. 
No pets, no smoking, Kid friendly.  Linens not included.

December - March $650/weekend, 3 night holiday weekend $875 
 
Winter Mid-Week special - 3 Mid-Week nights $425

April - June and October - November $250/weekend or $500/week 
Race weekends 3 nights $500 
Must be 21 years old to rent 
Refundable $250 security deposit, cleaning fee $85.  Linens not included.
