Activities and Attractions

Located at the northern end of New Smyrna Beach, this beautiful condo sits 
adjacent to an environmentally protected space with a two-mile 
boardwalk – a beautiful setting for your daily walk or jog!  New Smyrna Beach
features the famous packed white powder sand that Daytona Beach is 
known for without the crowds.   It’s great for building sand 
castles, walking, jogging, or even cycling!  There are days when you 
will be the only one on this northern part of New Smyrna Beach.  The 
ocean waves are a lot of fun to try surfing like the locals, or to 
play around in with the kids!  There is excellent fine dining 
located in New Smyrna Beach and our condo is located within minutes of 
banks, library, churches, and shopping and medical services.  For 
those of you who love to golf, the condo is close to several excellent 
courses.  There are many other golf courses within a 30-minute drive 
from New Smyrna Beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

Monthly rate: $3,000.00
$1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
$150.00 cleaning charge
$400.00 deposit required upon reservation confirmation;   Refundable 
30 days after checkout.  
METHOD OF PAYMENT - Certified check or money order. Visa, Mastercard 
also accepted.
