We are delighted to share our Sanibel Beach Condo with you.
Our condo is DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, facing south, into the gulf, where
you will enjoy the sound and sight of the surf, right outside the
living room. We’re about a mile up the beach from the lighthouse, on
the DESIRABLE SECOND FLOOR, with an UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW of the gulf.
We love every minute we can spend at Sanibel, and when we can't be
there, we want you to enjoy our condo as much as we do.
Condo G6 is BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED for your comfort, convenience and
relaxation with delightful views from every room. We have custom
artwork, generous storage space, lovely tile floors throughout,
and solid surface counter tops.
It sleeps four, having a wonderfully comfortable Restonic king-size bed
in the bedroom, and a high-quality queen sleeper-sofa in theliving room.
The kitchen is fully-equipped for gourmet cooking and dining. All linens
and towels are included. YOUR OWN WASHER/DRYER is in the unit!

Our condo is in the Sanibel Arms Complex - UNIT G6 As detailed above, we have our own washer/dryer, private extra high speed wi-fi (not shared), up to date electronics, a very desirable beach front second floor location, and lovely furnishings for your enjoyment. Our CONDO G6 is truly unique!
When you stay in our condo you will also enjoy:

Bicycling -There are many safe bicycle paths on Sanibel, and you can rent a bicycle or Segway from Billy's Rentals. They can deliver it to our condo and have it waiting when you arrive.
Shelling - Sanibel Island is famous for the seashells. Some of the best shelling is right in front of our condo!
Wildlife Observation - World renowned photographers, birders, and researchers come to our beach to observe its wildlife. In addition, Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge occupies almost 2/3 of Sanibel Island, and provides close-up watching of birds and
other animals. Interactive Visitors' Center is free, nominal fee to enter the refuge. In season, knowledgeable residents provide great complementary tours for expert and novice alike. Year round tours are available for a reasonable fee.
Dining - From elegant seafood dinners to pizza and cheeseburgers you will find fun dining for everyone on Sanibel. And if you can't bear to leave the beach, there are two full sized grocery stores on the island to help you enjoy your well stocked kitchen!
Shopping - Great shops reside along tree lined Periwinkle Way, and can be accessed by bike or auto. You'll find the new swim suit you didn't bring with you, boogie boards, sunglasses, and unique gifts
