private gates on the 12th green of the Jack Nicklaus Tournament
course. This spectacular 3,450 s.f. home features 14 foot ceilings,
private pool and heated spa. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom and
TV. Also available is a private casita for that couple that wishs
more privacy. All beds are King or Queen size. There are four bedrooms with their own bathroom and televisions.

The outdoor patio has seating for 10 people.

The elegant gourmet kitchen is equipped for the most demanding chef
plus granite countertops, walk-in pantry, built-in ovens,
refrigerator, dishwasher, the finest of cookware and a
washer/dryer.

The great room with wet bar, features a large 52 inch High Definition
Television and numberous DVD's for your viewing pleasure.

The backyard patio with built-in barbeque features extensive lounge
chairs, outside music and misters for your cooling pleasure... all
overlooking the lush 12th green of Nicklaus golf course.

The large master, with it's high ceiling, is elegantly decorated
with a view of the pool and 12th green. The spacious master bath
features an enormous walk in closet. Other amenities includes High
Speed internet, music throughout the home, private courtyard,
private casita and two separate garages. There are also association
pools in the near vicinity.

The Nicklaus Tournament course was specifically designed by Jack
himself in hopes of bringing the Ryder Cup tournament to PGA WEST.
When you stay here at PGA WEST as a guest you can play this prized
piece of real estate and after putting out on the 12th green, you can
come into this beautiful house and pick out a drink or snack when you
stay here.

Guests also get to use the luxurious PGA WEST fitness center and
championship tennis courts. There are only two grass courts in
California and PGA WEST has one of them.

Guests also get to use the pools at the World famous La Quinta resort
and often get a discount when they get treatments at the Spa.

Golf, tennis, swimming, restaurants, movies, hot air balloning,
shopping, hiking, aviation museums, polo games, the list is endless.

Our home is located only 5 minutes from the Polo grounds and you can
easily bike there.
