Glocca Morra House in Beach Haven

Original restored (1885) location in the main area of Beach Haven
(Amber Street).
Sitting on the front porch there is a scope of what makes this the
most popular township on beautiful Long Beach Island. Across the
street is the Bi-centennial Park, where all kinds of activities are
always taking place. A scene reminiscent of the "turn of the
century" Central Park, with a reinvented bocci game, frisbee games
both animal and human,(bring your dog and join the fun ) and the
sound of laughter all day long. The park also hosts weekly musical
concerts, flea markets and art shows.
About a block eastward is the roar of the Atlantic's glorious waves
and the serenity of white sandy beaches. One of the best beaches
anywhere.
Two blocks to the west are many restaurants serving from breakfast
until late nite for those midnight munchies. In addition there are
boutiques of all kinds offering everything from hand made bikinis to
large stained glass windows. Of course there is also Murphy's
Market on the corner,and two blocks south discover delicious Pearl
Street Market where you cannot possibly be hungry for long.
The Glocca Morra House on Amber Street is available on a weekly
basis from mid-May through the end of October. Bring your dog too,
at a minimal charge.

Seven air conditioned bedrooms, Six with private bath, ( 2 king, 4
queen, one double, one bunk.), all with cable tv, washer,dryer, full
kitchen, gas grill, beach chairs and badges provided, great
porch,pet frendly at slight extra charge.

Live theater, museums, amusement park, library, restaraunts,
shopping, fishing, jet skies, swimming, Atlantic city tour boat to
Trump Marina, and of course the best white sand beach in the
northeast. All accessable from this contral location.
