stairs was built in '95 & completely renovated in 2005 with new  
paint, lighting, brand new appliances including washer/dryer, new  
carpet in Fall of 2006! Located on the treed wash side for privacy,  
not on a parking lot!! 
Furniture is newer style, nothing "old or outdated".  
Perfect Northeast Scottsdale location near Mayo Clinic, close to  
shopping, theaters, restaurants, golf courses, car shows, hospital,  
and 3 miles from the Loop 101. Just a short drive to the Lake and  
beautiful majestic Fountain Hills!  
This is a fun place to stay....Great condo, complex and  
location!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Washer & dryer in unit, Hair dryer, Ironing board & iron, alarm  
clock, TV in Living Room with extended cable, DVD player, High speed  
internet hook-up, Linens, bath towels, beach towels, Fully equipped  
kitchen! Queen size bed, large walk in closet, Living room sofa  
pulls out into a bed! Covered patio for morning coffee or evening  
cocktails! Everything you need is here including the laundry  
detergent, just pack the suitcase and bring  
your toothbrush! Only 2 blocks from grocery stores and restaurants. 

Activities and Attractions

This awesome complex offers a fabulous clubhouse with 2 lounge  
areas, a wine bar, billard table, fitness center, tanning booth,  
steam room, theater room, gorgeous heated pool and spa, ramada with  
a built-in SS gas grill. Convienently located on Shea & Frank Lloyd  
Wright Blvd (114th St), near the 101 Loop, close to restaurants,

Vacation Rental Rates

Will do 2 day minimum stay @ $100 per nite. 
May 1 - October 30 - $500 week or $1550/month 
November & Dec - $600 week or $1650/month 
January - March $1800/month  - booking by the month during high season 
Currently not booking for 2009, will be booking end of August
