Ground Level: 2 Car garage with shower, washer & dryer
Second Level: Master bedroom with sliding doors to private deck,
queen bed,private bath w/jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet. Second bedroom
with queen bed, private bath with steam shower, walk-in closet.
Upper Level: Great room, sun deck, dining area, half bath, fully
equipped kitchen, wet-bar, bedroom with twin beds.

Central air & heat, rope swings on your private balcony, wet bar,
VCR, DVD, CD/radio, 2 cable TV's, pack & play, high chair, booster
chair, baby monitor, games, DVD's & videos, books, beach chairs,
sand toys, charcoal grill.

Golf courses, miniature golf, surf and deep sea fishing, crabbing,
parasailing, canoeing, kayaking, surf boarding, windsurfing, kite
flying, bike paths and nature trails.
Historic sites include the Wright Brothers Memorial; Cape Hatteras;
4 lighthouses: Hatteras, Bodie Island, Ocracoke, and Corolla; Jockey

Other fees
A $200 security deposit to be returned when we receive the keys and
confirmation of units condition from our maintenance person.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds less than 60 days prior to arrival date unless we fill
the time slot.

Daily rentals are available "off season" (two day minimum -$150 per
day plus $65 cleaning). Holiday weekend rate is $200 per day plus $65
cleaning. A minimun of two weeks is needed to save date.
