Vacation Rental Description

Our unit M-5 is only steps from community facilities. A short walk 
to restaurants and across the dune to a life guarded beach. Enjoy 
beautiful ocean views from the upper sun deck. Resort Living at its 
finest! Our club house has everything a family dreams of when they 
want to get away from it all: Pool & spa, tennis, racquetball, 
fitness equipment, Patio area and basketball court.  No smoking. No 
pets.

Ground Level: 2 Car garage with shower, washer & dryer

Second Level: Master bedroom with sliding doors to private deck, 
queen bed,private bath w/jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet. Second bedroom 
with queen bed, private bath with steam shower, walk-in closet.
 
Upper Level: Great room, sun deck, dining area, half bath, fully 
equipped kitchen, wet-bar, bedroom with twin beds.
     

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air & heat, rope swing on your private balcony, wet bar,  
VCR, DVD, CD/radio, 2 cable TV's, pack & play, high chair, booster 
chair, baby monitor, games, DVD's & videos, books, beach chairs, 
sand toys, charcoal grill.

Activities and Attractions

Golf courses, miniature golf, surf and deep sea fishing, crabbing, 
parasailing, canoeing, kayaking, surf boarding, windsurfing, kite 
flying, bike paths and nature trails. 

Historic sites include the Wright Brothers Memorial; Cape Hatteras;  
4 lighthouses: Hatteras, Bodie Island, Ocracoke, and Corolla; Jockey 
Ridge State Park, and more.

Fine or casual dining, shops and outlets.

Vacation Rental Rates

Deposits
50% deposit required to confirm reservation

Other fees
A $200 security deposit to be returned when we receive the keys and 
confirmation of unit’s condition from our maintenance person.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds less than 60 days prior to arrival date unless we fill 
the time slot.

8/30/08-9/13/08    $  750
9/13/08-12/31/08   $  650

Daily rentals are available "off season" (two day minimum -$150 per 
day plus $50 cleaning). A minimun of two weeks is needed to save date.
