The Main level consists of:

*Bunk room comfortably sleeps 5 with 2 bunk beds and a futon. 
*Second bath is located next to the bunk room.  
*The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large granite breakfast 
  bar with stools.
*Large dining table, comfortably seats 8
*Great room design with ocean side view.
*Queen size sofa sleeper in great room.

$60 one time cleaning fee
$300 refundable security deposit
**extra charge for Holidays and A/C usage, ~$35-$50/day**
  Superior construction allows for a surprisingly cool interior.   
  A/C is only needed during the very hot summer months.
