renovated to uphold the standards we so desire.

You can rent both units complete as a family home 
allowing full use of the cottage, or separately, what ever your 
needs require. The upper boasts,2/bed 1/bath, wood and tile floors, 
granite countertops and new appliances. The lower unit is a studio 
with its own kitchen, bath and fully furnished bedroom living area, 
great for extended family or teenagers. Sunsets are second to none 
along the strand or relaxing inside your own brick courtyard or 
sunporch. Keeping all this in mind, we kept the vintage charm with a 
designers touch, you will not be disappointed! The area boasts 
million dollar homes with friendly down home attitudes. Special

Rates: summer and holidays, upper $2150/wk, lower:$1050. Rent
complete cottage for $2900. Off Season: Oct-May 1st, Upper, $1700, 
lower, $850/wk , 2-3 night minumum on request. 50% down to 
reserve,balance due 2 wks prior, $1000 security deposit required, 
fully refundable upon departure review,barring any damages, cleaning 
fee $100.00 additional maid service on request 
Cancellation requires 30 days notice for full refund, prorated 
thereafter.
