Relax and enjoy our ideally located home. You are only a 10 minute walk from Seabright Beach and a 20-25 minute walk from the Beach Boardwalk, Santa Cruz Harbor and several restaurants.

This spacious home has a queen bed in 1 room and 2 bunk beds in the other and is equipped with a fireplace in the living room, 3 TVs with cable, and full kitchen.

The large back yard has a BBQ grill, table and seating for outdoor meals.
There is a dishwasher and microwave as well as washer and dryer in the garage.

Linens are supplied.

Checkout time: 12:00PM (noon). Check In: 5PM unless other arrangements are made.

Beach activities, incuding volleyball, surfing, fishing and boating. The Beach Boardwalk is an amusement park with rides and games for all ages.  There are hiking and biking opportunities nearby and several parks within 30 minutes driving distance.

Downtown Santa Cruz has a variety of shops and restuarants and is only 10 minutes by car. The Seabright Brewery, with live music on Friday nights has great beer and food within easy walking distance.

High Season: (May - September and holidays); $250/night, 2 night minimum (3 nights during holiday periods) or $1250/week

Off Season: $200/night, 2 night minimum or $950/week
