panoramic breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony.
See dolphins, surfers, cruise ships and shuttle launches from your
living room , bedroom, and balcony!
Unit has been completely renovated September 2007. It is one of the
nicest rentals on the Space Coast with all new furnishings,
appliances and artwork. It is on the third floor allowing views of
the Atlantic Ocean from your king sized bed in master bedroom or
from the comfort of the plush leather seating in the living room.
Unit is fully air conditioned and has full size washer and dryer.
Sleeps 4 – 6.
Building is secured with key entry to garage, pool, club house,
private beach, and his/hers saunas. .
Vacation Rental Amenities
Living room with leather and glass furnishings. Sofa is queen
convertible sleeper. 42” HDTV and home theatre system with DVD, CD.
and high speed internet access with “wifi”. Walk out to furnished
balcony and view the beautiful Atlantic.
Master BR has brand new pillow top King size bed, HDTV, DVD player,
walk- in closet and private full bath. Walk out to furnished balcony
and view the beautiful sunrises.
Second bedroom has new Queen Size bed, HDTV, DVD player, large
closet, and window-view of the ocean. Bathroom has glass shower
stall. Iron and ironing board included.
Both bedrooms come fully furnished with queen and king bedding, and
extra bedding for pull out convertible sofa. Both bathrooms are
fully serviced with several sets of towels including beach towels
Kitchen is fully furnished with new appliances including microwave,
dishwasher, range, oven, new refrigerator with ice maker. A mini
breakfast bar/baker’s rack also located in kitchen. Pass-thru
window to dining area. Complete sets of kitchen linens, glassware,
flatware and tableware are included, plus all crockery, pots and
pans. All utensils, coffee pot, tea pot, toaster, mixer, blender are
also included.
Dining area includes seating for up to 6 with glass top bamboo
dining table which includes two captains’ chairs.
Communications and Entertainment
Free Telephone service on site, including free calling throughout
US, Canada and Puerto Rico. Free Internet service includes wireless
access.
Digital Cable, including on-demand service with HD at no cost,
providing a large spectrum of entertainment channels to choose from.
Expanded service is available upon request. High definition TVs and
DVD players in living room and both bedrooms. Living room has HDTV,
DVD, stereo system and Home Theater System.

Pool, club house and tennis court on site.
Assigned secure garage parking, plus unassigned parking outside for
visitors, and boats. Building is handicapped accessible with ramp
and elevator.
The common areas adjacent to the pool offer a large gas grill for
cooking, a convenient outside shower, and a fine clubhouse with full
kitchen facilities including tables and chairs and a library. Also
included in the clubhouse are his and her private showers, vanity
and dressing areas with saunas. Clubhouse can be reserved for
private parties at no cost.

Vacation Rental Rates
***one month minimum required for all bookings***
January, February, March, April: $2600.00 per month. (one month
minimum)
May, June, July, August: $1900.00 per month. (one month
minimum)
September, October, November, December: $1700.00 per month. (one
month minimum)
Cleaning fee: $85.00
Security Deposit: $800.00 Refundable upon inspection.
Note: until reservations are confirmed with deposit fee, rates may
be subject to change.
