This solid 1970's style Florida home is located in the charming Iona Area; near to stores and 
(outlet)shopping, lots of restaurants!,and a short drive to the beach.  It has a boat dock on the 
property - for you fishermen is it very near the Caloosahatchee River with just a few minutes to the 
Gulf of Mexico and Sanibel beaches. It has a two car garage to keep your vehical in.  The floor plan 
is split with master bedroom on one side and two smaller bedrooms across the house.  It has central 
air conditioning and a lovely screened porch for having refreshments whilst watching the sunset.  
Owners are nearby for any questions or comments you may have.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rates, beginning July 1st 2008, are $500.00 per week - $1500 per month.
Pets are considered, but there will be an addition security deposit required.
Winter Rates, beginning November 1st, 2008, are $700.00 per week - $2100 per month.
A deposit will be required, and cleaning services will be deducted from this deposit.
