house can sleep up to 8 adults. This lovely home features a large 
master suite with a king size bed with a TV & DVD and a jacuzzi tub 
in the Master bath. The second bedroom has a full size bed and TV, 
the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Large great room with sleeper sofa, 
loveseat,chair and fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with Microwave, 
Dishwasher, Refridgerator with ice maker, Washer & Dryer, Ceiling 
fans, Linens & towels are included. Savor your morning coffee 
looking at the beautiful lake while relaxing in the Sitting parlor 
or on the Screened porch. This beautiful home is fully furnished 
with a country charm. There is no boating access to Silver 
Lake, however boating access to the The chain of Lakes is approx. 3 
miles away. This is one of our most popular rentals!

Activities and Attractions

This home is located behind the Lake-Sumter College off of HWY 441.  
The Leesburg Mall is approximately 2 miles which includes a Target, 
Belk, Penny's & Sears stores. There are a lot of resturants located 
within a couple of miles including Cracker Barrell, Red Lobster, 
Olive Garden, Chilli's, Ruby Tuesdays, McDonald's, Steak & Shake, 
KFC and others. We are located 15 minutes from beautiful Mt. Dora 
with lot's of speciality shoppes, dining, wine tasting and antique 
shopping.  We are approximately 45 minutes to Orlando and all the 
Disney attractions including the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal 
Kingdom, MGM Studios, Universal Studio's.  Daytona Beach & New 
Symrna Beach are approximately 45 minutes to an hour away.

* Rent shall be paid two weeks IN ADVANCE of your check in date, if paying by check; or you may pay 
with cash, cashier’s check or money order on your check- in date.
* 7% Florida Sales Tax and 4% tourist bed tax applied to total.
* $500.00 reservation/security deposit required.
* $150.00 Non refundable Pet fee. Weight Limits & breed restrictions
