our Parkrow house in Watercolor.
This newly built 5 Bedroom home with cypress wood floors and cozy
colors has the feeling of a Zen garden and has been tastefully and
comfortably furnished. The kitchen is well equipped with Viking
appliances and all the comforts that a New Orleans chef would want.
All linens are supplied and all you need is your toothbrush. Once
you step into this home, you will feel a calm and relaxing attitude
engulf you. The home has a handsome, large and private master
bedroom on the third level, with wet bar and private balcony
overlooking Western Lake and the Gulf of Mexico. The living area
along with another large bedroom and bath is
located on the second level and also has a large covered porch with
views of the Lake and Gulf. On the first level, you will find two
large bedrooms, each with their own bath and another wet bar for
your enjoyment and ease.

This community was designed with bike and walking trails throughout
the complex. For a small fee, there is canoing, and kayaking on
Western Lake and bikes available for rent. The unique community of
Seaside is located within walking distance where you can dine, or
shop without ever getting in your car. Of course, the beach is our
largest drawing card. The sugar white sand and the gorgeous emerald
green and blue water of the Gulf lures most folks during their
stay. This is a perfect place for sun worshipers, or those who
enjoy biking through the trails.
