main entrance of Seven Springs 4 Season Resort and approximately 600
yards from the North Face slopes. The view from the private bedroom
balconies and the main deck is an astounding view of the North Face
slopes. We are located on 1.5 acres of wooded beauty. Enjoy a
comfortable fire in either of the two indoor fireplaces, or relax in
the quiet outdoor setting by a fire in the outdoor fireplace or fire
pit. Cathedral ceilings can be found in all of the bedrooms and the
main living area. Literally the entire back of the house that faces
the slopes is complete glass to allow either the warming sunlight or
the cool moonlight. This is definitely a house that you would

Summer rates: April 15 - November 1
$1000 for the first two nights stay, an additional $269 per each
additional night stay.
Early Winter rates: November 2 - December 13
$1350 for the first two nights stay, an additional $300 per each
additional night stay.
Winter rates: December 14 - April 14
$1750 for the first two nights stay, an additional $369 per each
additional night stay.
Christmas and New Year's weekends require and additional $600
charge. All other holiday weekends (Martin Luther and Presidents
Day) require a three day booking and an additional $450 charge.
All rentals require a $500 refundable security deposit.
