Ocean views can be seen from the living room and master bedroom.  Soft neutral capeting compliments ecclectic stylish furnishings of modern, traditional and teak with antique Asian accents that includes an extra long Carlyle sleeper sofa in living room and twin futon in MBR.  A quiet/peaceful garden patio shares the MBR/DR and another compliments the guest bedroom.

The recently renovated kitchen, w/ maple cabinets, granite countertops, limestone flooring, under cabinet lighting, is fully equipped w/ top of the line appliances, coffee maker, coffee press & grinder, blender, mixer, waffle maker, toaster, cookware, tableware & linens to serve any occasion and the dining table opens with an extra leaf to seat 8 people comfortably.

The master has a new king bed w/ pillowtop mattress, and guest bedroom, a Queen iron beds with comfortable mattress toppers and fine linens, Flat Panel LCDTV's/DVD's, AM/FM clock radios, ceiling fans w/ dimmable lighting, and sliding glass doors leading to private patios.  The MBR is furnished w/ antique tibetan bedside tables and chest. The guest bedroom has built in cabinets, and classic beach style bedside tables.  

 There are 2 full baths w/ limestone vanity tops and flooring/carpeting, built in cabinets, satin nickel accessories, and plush towels.  The master bath is housed within the MBR with a separately enclosed toilet and shower w/ tub and clear frameless sliding glass doors.  The guest bath is next to the guest bedroom and has a tub/shower with stylish curtain.

'Coastal Accommodations' is an ideal romantic getaway and wonderfully fun place for children and teenagers. It's fully equipped with beach towels, toys, mp3 player beach pillow, beach chairs and umbrella, boogie board, small cooler, and an antique entryway bench that adds comfort and convenince to brushing off the fine beach sand.

 Dana Point Harbor is right around the corner, and home to the Ocean Institute, Tall Ships Festival (September), Festival of Whales (March), and the replica brig ‘Pilgrim’, as well as restaurants, shops, boating services, and adventure activities that include whale watching, Catalina cruises, jet skiing, sport fishing from land or sea, kayaking, windsurfing, kite flying, summer concerts, picnic areas, scenic walks and more. The Institute offers educational programs for children and adults as well as historical tours of the brig ‘Pilgrim’, depicting life on the vessel in the 19th century.
