Vacation Rental Description

Coming in Fall 08, Our Palm Springs 5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom house with private pool and hot tub. 
 
This beautiful and elegantly-furnished Victorian suite sits high on  
the north slope of Potrero Hill in the heart of San Francisco and is  
the perfect short-term residence for professionals, corporate  
executives, or vacationers. 
 
There are sweeping views of downtown San Francisco and the Bay from  
the living room, kitchen, and dining room. There are eight rooms in  
this 1600 square foot unit. 
 
The master bedroom has a spacious queen-size bed. Each of the other  
two bedrooms is furnished with full size beds. Each bedroom comes  
with 1000 count Egyptian cotton bed linens and is tastefully  
furnished by a San Francisco decorator. There are two sofas for two  
additional sleeping spaces. 
 
The two dining areas have panoramic bay and city views and are  
decorated so that you can enjoy them. The living room decor has  
wonderful rich Victorian accents and it has a sweeping view of the  
bay. The other furniture in the condo has been acquired from family  
collections and heirlooms. Genuine Persian rugs provide an elegant  
finish to these rooms.  
 
The kitchen is fully furnished and comes with a microwave, stove,  
refrigerator, dishes, pots, pans, and eating utensils. It too has a  
panoramic city view. 
 
The unit has a very nice bathroom that blends victorian and modern  
elements.

Activities and Attractions

Potrero Hill enjoys the sunniest and warmest weather in San  
Francisco, and its safe, quiet, upscale neighborhood is a delight.  
Several of San Francisco's best restaurants(have appered on Martha  
Stuarts new show) are within walking distance, and, by car, you will  
be less than 10 minutes from Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf, and  
the  
financial district, 5 minutes from the SOMA high tech district, and  
15 minutes from the San Francisco International Airport(also  
available by CalTrain). Public transportation is also available at a  
bus stop less than one block away, CalTrain(3 blocks away), and in  
2006 a new 3rd street MUNI line 
blocks away). The location in the southern part of the City provides  
easy access to the freeways going south to Silicon Valley, Palo  
Alto, Stanford, Carmel/Monterey and beyond. And, best of all, this  
neighborhood is one of the very few in San Francisco where you will  
NEVER have a parking problem! 
 
From our place to the Moscone Center is 2 miles and a travel time of  
4 mins.

BART offers fast, convenient regional service and MUNI Metro  
provides  
light rail service throughout the City into the Powell and

nearby station at 4 th & Townsend Streets. All of these stations are  
within a few minutes' walk of The Moscone Center.

$300/nt, $2000/wk for over 4 people. 
May 1-Dec 15: $225/nt,$1350/wk (1-2)| $275/nt,$1800/wk (3-4)|  
$325/nt,$2000/wk for over 4 people. 
Dec 16-Jan 2: $2500/wk for 1 to 8 people. 
Cleaning Fee: $100/stay for 1-2, $150/stay for 3-4, $200/stay for  
over 4 persons.  Minimum 3 nights.  
Major Holidays are booked by the week only.  
No Pets & No Smoking in the unit.   
Ask about children.  
Maximum of 8 guests.   Deposit required to confirm reservation.   
Cancellation Policy will apply and agreed to via email before  
confirming. Credit card and a short term lease needed at sign in.
