This brick, fully outfitted, air-conditioned year round cottage near Lake Michigan is located at 481 S.168th Avenue (Park Township) and is adjacent to Holland State Park camping section. Family owned since 1990 this cottage is 200 yards from both our  private association beach AND the Holland State Park beach on Lake Macatawa.  PLUS only 1 mile from two Lake Michigan beaches at Holland State Park and Tunnel Park. The cottage has 1 bath with ceramic tile shower, complinentary washer/dryer, Internet access from May through Sept, Charter cable TV, DVD, and VCR. Cottage sleeps 6-7 comfortably: 1 bedroom with queen size bed; 1 bedroom with full/twin bunk; and queen size sleeper sofa bed in large living room.  Shaded fenced-in yard for small kids, large deck, picnic table, Weber gas grill, campfire pit, attached 1 stall garage with large parking area. Plenty of room to park your boat trailer.  Miles and miles of paved bike paths starting at cottage. Boat launch 1/2 mile away. You provide linens and towels unless flying in. $825 per week April27 through June 15 2013.

$900 per week June 15 through August 24 2013.

Off season Rates-$1200/month or $500/week or $125/night two night minimum September 22 2012 thru April 30 2013. $150/night 3 night minimum during May (Tulip time).

50% deposit required at booking. Balance plus a $100 cleaning fee due 30 days prior to arrival. Please no smoking in the building.

Cancellation policy: Owner will refund full deposit if we are able to rerent your week to another party.
