Vacation Rental Description

This brick air-conditioned year round cottage is located at 481 S.  
168th Avenue (Park Township) and is adjacent to Holland State Park  
camping section.  The cottage is 200 yards from Lake Macatawa with  
private beach and near Lake Michigan.  Cottage has 1 bath with  
ceramic tile shower, washer/dryer, 27" cable TV, DVD, and VCR.   
Cottage sleeps 6-7 comfortably:  1 bedroom with queen size bed; 1  
bedroom with full/twin bunk; and top quality queen size sleeper sofa  
bed in large living room.                                        
Shaded fenced-in yard for kids, large deck,  
picnic table, gas grill, campfire pit, attached 1 stall garage with  
large parking area. Miles an miles of paved bike paths starting at  
cottage. Boat launch 1/2 mile away.  You provide linens and towels

Weekly rates are Saturday to Saturday. Check in 1:00PM-Check out 11:00AM 
 
 
 
$775 per week from May 2 2009 through June 20 2009. 
$850 per week from June 20 2009 through August 22 2009. 
$775 per week from August 22 2009 through September 26 2009. 
$1500/mo or $650 per week or $250/2 nights or $100/night 3 night 
minimum September 6 2008 through May 2 2009. 
 
 
                      
50% deposit required at booking.  Balance plus a $75 cleaning fee due  
30 days prior to arrival. Cleaning fee will be returned to you if the  
cleaning lady says you left it the way you found it. We like to  
return it! Please no smoking in the building.
