suite is complimented by a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double
sinks, private toilet and walk in closet.

2 queen beds, one in each of the upstairs bedrooms, have lavish
bedding and share a full bath; great as a second master.

1 queen size sofa sleeper is just off the downstairs master bedroom,
it's perfect for a night of fresh air, framed with a vaulted ceiling
and huge screened windows.

A charming house on 2 wooded acres, touching the National Forest in
Habersham County. The living room is a favorite place to entertain
guests and sit by the fireplace. Fine furniture and local artwork
compliment the architecture. The dining room seats ten and promises
picture window views. Cooks will delight in the spacious gourmet
kitchen with Silestone counters and gas stove. Flat screen AQUOS
TVs, DVD, satellite network, DSL internet access, wonderful bed
linens, jetted tub, central air condition and heat, washer, dryer,
telephone and covered parking are all included. The master bedroom
and a sleeping porch are on the first floor, while the second floor
boasts and ideal floor-plan with two bedrooms, a den and a full
bath. After a muddy day of hiking or fishing, a third shower and
utility sink in the basement are great for clean-up. The wrap
around deck offers conversation areas and an outdoor dining venue.

Check-in begins after 2:00 pm and guests are asked to be ready by 11:30
am on the day of departure. Please, as a courtesy, no smoking except
outside. We also request a 3 night minimum but hope you will stay
much longer! Cash, Certified Check, VISA & MC are accepted. Pre-
payment is required to confirm your reservation plus a refundable
security deposit of $400.

You must be at least 21 years of age. We will only rent
to “legally, responsible” adults. The person making the reservation
must be one of the guests who will remain with the rental party
throughout the entire visit.
