With almost 7000sq ft of living space coupled with the magnificent view, this Elegant Spacious Ocho 
Rios Luxurious 4/5 bedroom Ocean View villa offers an extremaly high standard of accommodation.
Ocean view is located less than 50 metres from the private resident/villa owner's beach.

Designed to maximise the natural light, and catch the cool breezes even at the hottest time of year, 
the property offers a blend of air-conditioned comfort and tropical open-air living. There are 
numerous relaxation areas, so guests will always find a private spot for peace and quiet. In fact, a 
large family or group of people could stay at the villa and still lose each other within its depths. 
In addition to this, guests have the choice of a number of different eating areas, all of which 
present a unique atmosphere, enhanced by the magnificent views of the carribean Sea.

The Villa is elegantly furnished and fully stocked with modern entertainment choices including TV (7)
21-32 inches, DVD, Xbox, cable & telepone.  Each bedroom has its own ensuited bathroom, satallite 
Television, AC,ceiling fans, phone, DVD, closet, stylish drapes and bedspreads to add to the elegance 
of this villa. The master bedroom also comes with a double Jacuzzi and shower. 

Ocean View features: private bar, private swimming pool, Double Jaccuzzi in master bedroom and fully 
equipped kitchen. The villa shares a private beach with other villa owners/resident.

Relax on the terrace by the pool and enjoy the ocean view while our Staff caters for your needs. 

Ocean view is located 10mins from the town of Ocho Rios, 5 minutes from sandals San Souci couples and 
Royal Plantation. We are also close to many of the attractions in the north coast, such as nightlife, 
restaurants, Dunn's River falls, Dolphin Cove, white water rafting. Famous Reggae Beach & James Bond 
Beach is 5mins away. There are several championship golf courses within a few minutes. 

Car hire and a private driver  can be arrange. airport pick up available  
Drinks at your private bar are available for sale at reasonable prices.

Vacation Rental Rates

                 Rental Rate 2007-08:

All Rates include housekeeper/cook /pool/grounds security. The villa 
has a fully equipped kitchen where your Cook will prepare your meals. 
Guest provides groceries.
   
Summer Rate: June- September 2008             

Rate for 2 Guest:$1,050.00 (7 nights 6 days) Entire villa (No one share with you)
Rate for 4 Guest:$1,540.00 ( 7 Nights 6 days) entire villa for 4 person
Rate for 6 Guest: $1,890.00 ( 7 nights 6 days) Entire villa for 6 person

Rate for 8 Guest: $2,100.00 ( 7 nights 6 days) entire villa for 8 person.

Additional guest above 8, range between $20.00-$35.00         


All Inclusive rate: Minimum 4 guests, includes, accommodation,transportation 
throughout your stay, three meals, complementary Red Stripe 
Beer: 

Cost $4,450.00 for 4 guest, each additional guest is $625.00 per 

Inclusive Package(Min 4 guest): Accommodation, Airport transportation and meals 135.00 per person, 
per night.

Car rental and Local Driver can be arranged. 

Pick up and drop off at Airport can be arranged, pay directly to the 
driver.

Please do allow for staff gratuities at the end of your stay.


RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice, however, if 
your booking is confirm and deposit is paid, we will honour the rate 
provided.

CANCELLATIONS – A sixty five(65) day notice is required for cancellation. 
Cancellations that are made more than sixty (65) days prior to the 
arrival date will incur no penalty except a 5% cancellation fee. 
Cancellations less than 65 days but more than 30 days, will incurr a 25%
Cancellation fee.Cancellations or changes that result in  a shortened stay, that 
are made within 30 days of the arrival or during your stay, forfeit 
the full advance payment or reservation deposit. Cancellation or 
early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
