Remaining May 2008 nights (except Memorial Day weekend) $115 + tax, per nt. 
Winter Snowbird rates also available upon request. 
Partial week rentals welcomed, except during Peak times. 3 (three)nt. minimum stay required  
Summer Weekly rates (through Aug.23, $1350 + tax) Sat-Sat arrival/departures only 
Aug. 23 - Oct. 31, $125 + tax, nightly rate, (3 nt. minimum) 
Please add $95 cleaning surcharge for stays less than 7 nights
