Cayuga. Swing in the hammock or relax on the front deck overlooking
the waterfront and private dock to enjoy the spectacular sunsets.
This cottage is a wonderful getaway, a little piece of Paradise, the
perfect vacation spot. It offers easy parking for up three cars, is
within 3 miles of the King Ferry Winery, 9 miles from scenic Aurora
and MacKenzie-Childs, 17 miles from college-town Ithaca and 20 miles from
historic Auburn.

- Please bring your own towels,sheets and pillows. Blankets provided
   by owner.

- Housekeeping Cottage. Please leave in same clean condition you found
  in which you found it. Cleaning supplies well-stocked.

- No large parties or reunions - quiet family community - conservative use of
  septic system.

Graduation weekend - $500.00 a night/2 night minimum

May  - $1500.00/week (except graduation weekend)
        - day rates of $400.00 (3 day minimum)
        - $500.00 a night /3 night minimum /Memorial Day weekend
June - $1800.00/week
        - day rates of $500.00 a day (3 night minimum)
July, August - $1800.00/week (except Independence Day weekend)
        - weekly rentals only
September - $1500.00/week
       - day rates of $400.00 (3 day minimum)
October through April - $750.00/week 
       - day rates of $200.00 (3 day minimum)

Holidays -
       Memorial Day weekend - $500.00 a night /3 night minimum
       July 4th weekend - $500.00 a night / 3 night minimum
       Labor Day week - $500.00 a night / 3 night minimum

- 50% non-refundable deposit due at time of reservation
  (bank checks or money orders only) 
- Balance(non-refundable) and $600.00 security deposit due 10 days
  prior to rental start date (bank checks or money orders only)
- Deposit to be refunded within 30 days
  of departure provided no excessive damages or cleaning required.

Rental Week is Saturday (check in at 2 PM) to Saturday (check out at noon)
