46th Street - 1st Floor 
This duplex sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Spacious quiet south end first floor condo, with  
large living room and dining room area, 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths, and only steps to Ocean  
City's beautiful beach, and only a few minutes drive to the Ocean City boardwalk, where your family  
can enjoy the shops, many eateries and the fabulous amusements. The property is a new acquisition  
and is currently being updated with some new furnishings, flat screen TV and more. The kitchen is  
fully equipped with newer appliances and many useful kitchen gadgets in the pantry. The dining room  
has a large table that can seat 8 persons very comfortably. A large screen TV is provided in the  
living area, as well as DVD player and high speed wireless internet. There is a large covered front
