Ahkontshuck View is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The
house sits on a quiet, wooded lot at the top of a mountain that is
just a few minutes from downtown Maggie Valley. This spacious home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a
sleeping loft. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, 27" TV with DVD
and VHS players. The sleeping loft has two twin beds. The living
room and dining room on the first floor have a cathedral ceiling
with lots of windows to the view of the valley below and distant
mountain ranges. There is a game room in the lower level equipped with a pool table. There are two laundry rooms each equipped with a washer and dryer. Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the house.

nearby; horse-back riding; lots of antique shops in the area; close
to Waynesville, NC; day trips to the Biltmore Estate, Pigeon Forge,
Dollywood, Cade's Cove, Dillsboro, Black Mountain, Chimney Rock,

Peak rental season:
The peak dates for 2010 are:
June 1 - September 6
October 4 - November 8
The on-peak rate is $1,100 per week or $230 per night with a 3-day
minimum.

Holiday rental rates:
December 15, 2010 - January 9, 2011
$1,325 per week with a minimum stay of 7 days.

Off-peak rates:
The off-peak rate is $990 per week or $235 per night with a 2-day
minimum stay or $210 per night with a 3-day minimum stay.

The rental fee INCLUDES the cleaning fee.
There is a $50 hot tub fee and a $45 reservation fee.

All rentals are subject to North Carolina sales and occupancy tax.
Check in time is 2:00 pm or later.
Check out time is 10 am.
