$2400.00 per month.  Rates quoted are for two persons. All utilities including high-speed internet and expanded cable television are included. A $300  non-refundable cleaning fee and a security deposit of $300 is required. One half of the entire rental agreement is due at the time of booking with the balance paid in full 45 days prior to arrival. The up-front deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made within 90 days of prospective move in date.
