with grass.

This property boasts high vaulted ceilings, cable TV, high speed internet & a beautifully
kept yard. Beds include, 1 king, 3 queens and queen sofa sleeper. Every room has it's own ceiling fan for those sunny Arizona days. It's located in a nice family community and backs up to a hugh 40 acre park. Close to Glendale's sports district, only 5
miles. Most west valley spring training facilies are less than 15
minutes away. Phoenix International Raceway about 20 Minutes. The
Wigwam Golf Club less than 1 mile.

This property is perfectly situated in the west valley. Golf is
abundant with many courses just a few minutes away. 2 major
shopping malls within 5 minutes drive. There's lots to do anytime of
the year. Whatever you like to do, you will find it close by.

vacation rental rates

$650 per week from June 1 thru August 31. $950 per week from
September 1 thru May 31. $250 deposit due on booking, balance due 15 days from arrival. A small security deposit may be required. Most bookings
Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays will be considered. Longer stays
will get special pricing consideration. Special event time periods $1250 per week

Great Golf Vavation

This home offered everything that the four of us were looking for in a short one week golf vacation. The owner was helpful with tee times at some very nice local golf courses. The home is in a very nice secure area and there are a lots of other activities within a very short drive of the house. The big screen TV was a big hit since we were there during Super Bowl week and being from Wisconsin some had a cheering interest in the outcome of the game. The week could not have gone better and it did not hurt that the weather was perfect. Thanks for a great stay.

This home had all the comforts to make our week long golf trip an enjoyable one. We shared the home with one other couple and there was plenty of room for more. There is a large kitchen with eating area including all the necessary utensils, cable TV and wireless internet, washer/dryer, grill on the patio and more. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything the West Valley has to offer. Definitely worth the money!

This is our second time renting from the owner and we recommend him highly. Our dealings with him have always been a pleasure ... he was very concerned with us enjoying our stay. We have not been so lucky with other owners.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing

Spacious home with all the furnishings. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Extremely nice owner to deal with. Made things simple.

Only regret was the datedness of all the furnishings i.e. towels, bedding, decor, etc. Felt like we were living in a old person's home. Nice features were the big eat-in kitchen, the barbeque grill, having cable and wireless internet, and a very friendly and fair owner who communicated well with us. We'd stay again, but expected a bit more for the $$.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, pet-friendly, sight seeing
