Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy 55 ft of private lakefront on desirable Gun Lake.  Great East 
Gun location, known for its sandy swimming.  Located on 
a quiet, paved road that's perfect for walking and bike riding, this 
is an exceptionally spacious lot, super for families and adjacent to 
State land.  Sandy, shallow swimming the entire length of the 120'
dock, and no stairs to climb to the cottage.  A grassy, flat 
lot leads to a spacious deck for grilling and entertaining.  Inside 
you'll find a living room with fireplace, one full bath, updated 
kitchen with dishwasher, snack bar and eating area.  There are two 
bedrooms, one with two sets of bunk beds to accommodate four people, 
and the other with a king size bed.  Above the single stall 
unattached garage is a quaint bunk house with an incredible view.  
Here, there's a  3/4 bath, TV, and sleeping accommodations for 
four to six people.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rental Rates:
May through June 21 $1000/week
June 22 through August $1400/week
Discount for multiple weeks
Rent is due in full at least one month prior to check-in.
Reservation deposit of $250 required to book your week.  This ($250) 
becomes your security deposit and will be refunded 
within 10 days of your departure, assuming the cottage is left
in good condition.  $250 is non-refundable if you cancel.  The cottage 
must be left in the same condition as upon arrival.
Check-in 2 pm Saturday
Check-out 10 am Saturday
No smoking inside
Maximum sleeping occupancy in main cottage is 6.
Maximum sleeping occupancy in bunk house is 6.
