Crystal Beach Luxury Pool Home on the Pinellas Trail in Palm Harbor

On a large tropical lot, this two-storey, air-conditioned, stylish,
bright immaculate home boasts brand new furniture and furnishings and
a gorgeous brand new pool. Just a short stroll to the Gulf of Mexico
and the community
fishing pier, from which to watch the wonderful sunsets.

Hardwood floors with terracotta tiles, together with an abundance of
windows and a high vaulted ceiling create a large, bright, sundrenched
great room on the second floor. The house is furnished in an
uncluttered modern European style. The great room has TV and hi-fi
and leads out onto the upper floor deck amongst the treetops, which
has grill/BBQ, chairs and table.

Kitchen is very well equipped with stainless steel appliances -
dishwasher,microwave, smooth-top range and huge fridge/freezer with
ice-maker.
You will find everything you need should you want to cook: full range
of pans, utensils; also provided are toaster, coffee maker and
electric plug-in kettle.

On the first floor there is a large comfortable family room with TV,
DVD/VHS combo, with french doors leading out to the patio and pool.

There are 3 bedrooms; two are upstairs, one of which has a queen bed,
the other has two twin beds. The third bedroom is on the lower floor,
and has two twin beds. Sleeps six in total.

There are 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor. One has a full-size
tub with overhead shower, the other has a shower cubicle. (There is
also an outside shower for use when returning from the beach and when
using the pool)

Utility room (inside) with washer and dryer.

The house sits in the centre of its lush tropical gardens, in which
you will find the fabulous screened, free-form pool.

Loads of space to relax or play - every comfort has been provided for
you to enjoy your vacation in this very individual, gorgeous home at
any time of year.

Kitchen: stainless steel appliances - smooth-top range, dishwasher,
microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, toaster, coffee maker,
plug-in kettle, water-softener, plus fully equipped for cooking and
eating.

Iron, ironing board, full set of cleaning equipment.

Washer and dryer in utility room (inside).

Entertainment: 2 TVs, one with DVD and VHS - one in the great room on
the upper level, one in the family room downstairs. Cable included in
rental. Hi-fi.

Just one minute from the Pinellas Trail, you can relax by biking,
rollerblading, jogging or simply strolling every day. Only 30 minutes
from Tampa International Airport, Crystal Beach is a tranquil,
unspoilt and beautiful area close to fabulous beaches. Our
house is just a short stroll to the Gulf of Mexico, the fishing pier
and the park, 100yds to inland waterway and community boat ramp.

Or, if you prefer, relax by the screened pool, in your own backyard or
on the second storey wooden deck amongst the treetops, overlooking the
garden.

Crystal Beach is a wonderful, safe community with friendly neighbours
and a timeless charm. A relaxing vacation for all ages awaits you here.

The beautiful beaches of Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands are a
10-minute drive. An excellent mall, multiplex movie theater and
mini-golf are all close by. The quaint town of Dunedin with its
delightful downtown antique shops and restaurants is just ten minutes
away. The famous sponge docks at Tarpon Springs and its range of
wonderful quayside restaurants are also only a ten minute drive away.

Busch Gardens, fishing and golf are easily accessible as well. A
wonderful variety of excellent restaurants for all budgets can be
found in the Crystal Beach area. There is a large choice of places to
shop - from the quaint little shops in downtown Dunedin, to an
extensive Mall, everything is close by.

In all, a range of activities, pursuits and places to eat to suit
everybody - every age.
