total relaxation. Our private pool includes a 6" deep "sundeck"
which is perfect for adults who wish to sun themselves or for
children playing. The hot tub offers ease of entry and exit, with
controls conveniently located next to the hot tub.

No need to worry about pesky bugs, as the pool is completely
enclosed by screening that provides privacy and UV protection of
about 15. An additional, sunning patio located in the back yard
provides a comfortable area to relax in the direct sunlight - for
those serious sun worshippers!

Separate out door shower available to rinse off after a day in the
sun or at the beach.

The kitchen has rich, dark granite counter tops, with premium cherry
cabinetry and comes complete with all dishes, cookware, microwave,
toaster, coffee maker, stove and refrigerator.

Both bathrooms have porcelain tile on the floors and ceramic on the
walls and in the spacious showers. Washer & dryer included.

With the open floor plan and NO steps, this home is easy to get
around in.

Located just under a mile from one of the more popular beaches and
is walking distance to dining, shopping, and miniature golf. Plenty
of public access golf courses, too! Only 25 minutes from Ft Meyers

flatware, dishes, serving dishes, toaster, coffee maker, microwave,
