Vacation Rental Description

     The Creole Cottage is in the new beachfront community of 
Rosemary Beach, located on Florida's scenic Hwy 30A halfway between 
Destin and Panama City.  This new community is rapidly getting the 
attention of both beach lovers, and those who enjoy significant 
architectural work.  Designed as a "destination" beach town, 
the "pedestrian" concept is similar to Seaside (eight miles west), 
and was designed by the same town planners.  
     The Creole Cottage is south of 30A, so there are no highways to 
cross, and it's an easy 1 to 2 minute walk to the recently completed 
clay tennis courts, the beautiful unique "Coquina" pool, children's 
playground, and of course the prime attraction... the emerald waters 
and sugary white sand beaches of Walton County, Florida.  The Creole 
Cottage is designed as a carriage house, but with a suprisingly 
spacious feel.  A superb architectural design leaves our guest with 
the feel of a true cottage where there is plenty of living space for 
a couple or two adults and one or two children. 
     We invite you to come share our Creole Cottage at Rosemary 
Beach.  Whether you like strolling the streets and taking in all the 
architecturally pleasing sights, walking the beaches at 
sunrise/sunset, or simply relaxing in one of the comfortable chairs 
on the beach "walkover" as another brillant sunset unfolds before 
you... we think you will find the experience relaxing, refreshing, 
and inspirational. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom (shower only), sleeps 2 to 4, 745 square feet 
of living area, air conditioned with ceiling fan in loft, 2 phones. 
Fast cable internet available by ethernet connection and wireless

Ground Floor: 2 car garage, outdoor enclosed shower, gas grill, 
patio in courtyard with gas grill and fountain.

Second Floor: Living/Dining area containing table for 6, queen    
  sleeper sofa, entertainment center with cable TV/VCR/Stereo/CD/DVD 
  player, kitchen, bathroom with shower/laundry area with washer and
  dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with professional appliances 
  including convection oven, gas cooktop, refrigerator/ice maker, 
  dishwasher,microwave, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, and      
  utensils.  
  Linens, towels, and hair dryer provided. Two french doors open to 
  wraparound balcony.

Third Floor loft:  A traditional staircase leads to the third floor 
  loft which has a queen bed, arm chair for reading, 
TV/DVD/VCR/Nintendo 64 with dual headphones so 2 people can watch TV 
or play Nintendo quietly from primary living area, and plenty of 
dresser and 
storage space.

Rosemary Beach offers: town center with shops and restaurants, 4 
  swimming pools(1 heated), racquet club, bicycle rentals, beach 
  chair rentals, greens, several beach walkovers with 
adirondack      
chairs,kayak/sailboat rentals, and playground. 
  

Activities and Attractions

There is plenty to do at Rosemary Beach. There is swimming, sailing, 
snorkeling, sunbathing, chasing sand or water crabs, or hunting 
seashells at the end of our boardwalk.  In our Rosemary 
community, children and families can ride bikes, walk, play at the 
playground or greens, swim at the pools, play tennis, or visit the 
shops and restaurant at the town center.  Along scenic 30A there is 
a safe paved bike path where you can ride your bike from Rosemary 
Beach to Blue Mountain Beach.  In between the two beach towns you 
will find unique shops, restaurants, and beautiful beach towns like 
Seagrove Beach, Seaside, and Grayton Beach. Golf is available at 
nearby Camp Creek and Seagrove Beach.  Within a 20 to 30 minute 
drive, you can be at Sandestin, Destin, or Panama City which feature 
deep-sea fishing, parasailing, jet-skis, dolphin cruises, golf, 
marine parks, amusement and water parks, outlet shopping and malls, 
nightlife, and many restaurants of all types.

SPRING: $1350 week, $225 night,  3/01/08-3/14/08, 4/12/08-5/17/08

SPRING BREAK: $1450 week, $240 night, 3/15/08-4/11/08


SUMMER: $1675 week, 5/17/08-8/08/08

LATE SUMMER: $1340 week, $225 night, 8/11/08-9/05/08

FALL:   $1380 week, $230 night,  9/06/08-10/31/08

WINTER: $1110 week, $185 night, 11/1/07-2/29/08
Add 11% taxes on rent. This is local and state tax.

HOLIDAY RATES FOR CREOLE COTTAGE (1 BEDROOM): 11/22/08-11/29/08: $1250 WEEK OR $210 NIGHT, 
12/27/08-1/3/09: $1200 OR $200 A NIGHT
