Vacation Rental Description

Rainbow Park is the east side of Magician Lake with pure sandy beaches 
and a beautiful westerly sunset. This 2 story home has 70 ft. of 
beachfront that reaches out over 150 ft. of shallow sandy beach. The 
home was totally remodeled and upscaled. It is ideal for swimming, 
fishing, and water volleyball. There is a 100 ft. pier that is ideal 
for docking your boats and other watercraft. 
 
The wraparound balcony is tiled with a jacuzzi tucked underneath. 
 
Magician Lake is the ONLY lake that has sewers, so your drinking 
water, bathing water and swimming are completely safe. 
 
Bedrooms: 
   MBR has a king size bed and an attahced bathroom with steam shower and jacuzzi tub. 
   3 other bedrooms have twin beds 
   1 bedroom has bunk beds with twin bed on the top and full bed on the bottom. 
 
The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with steam shower and 
jacuzzi tub. 
 
There is also a walk-out basement with jukebox wired outside for your 
entertainment.

apply only to June.* 
 
High season, mid June through September 7th are weekly rentals only 
with check-in on Saturday at 2:00 PM and check out on Saturday at 
10:00 AM - 7 nights total.
