Vacation Rental Description

Two identical and beautifully furnished cottages located in the private gated community of Beach 
Dreams, featuring four bedrooms, two full baths, roomy living rooms and full screened-in lanai. Each 
air conditioned and heated Cottage provides dining for 6 and includes new furnishings and appliances 
such as dish washer, washer/dryer, in-wall CD stereo system, televisions and outside individual 
grills. Cottages are located within steps of the spectacular new Clubhouse, where you could enjoy 
the game room, meeting room, complete modern workout center and swimmming pool complex (olympic size 
pool, kid pool and jacuzzi).  Tennis and bocci are also available within the Beach Dreams 
community.  Take the trolley at Beach Dreams entrance directly to all the Wells/Moody beaches or 
downtown Ogunquit beaches and attractions

Vacation Rental Amenities

May 1 - May 30 $450.00 per week per cottage
May 31 - June 27  $550.00 per week per cottage
June 28 - August 25 $1175.00 per week per cottage
August 26 - September 2 - $850 per week per cottage
September 2 - October 31 - $450 per week per cottage
May 1-June 29  and September 4-October 31 $69.00 a night/3 night
