This is the best oceanfront condo in Waikiki...period.

As you see from the availability calendar, this unit is the most
favored oceanfront unit in Waikiki and with the great referrals it
generates, it is STRONGLY SUGGESTED that you book this unit far in
advance to ensure your reservation.

Going to Kauai...we also have a great 2 million dollar oceanview home right on the golf course that 
is actually cheaper than Waikiki. Ask for details.

With only two oceanfront buildings that can be privately owned, this
is by far the best there is. No one wants to cross a busy street or
deal with the traffic to get to the sand.

The "Sky Penthouse" is an amazing million dollar two bedroom, luxury
executive penthouse located on the oceanfront of Waikiki Beach. This
unit has recently been totally, and we mean totally, remodeled from
the bare studs up to create a sophisticated, elegant yet tropical
retreat that is unsurpassed in Waikiki.

This amazing unit has Italian travertine floors throughout, gorgeous
gourmet kitchen with custom maple cabinets, granite counter tops and
all stainless steel appliances. The large living room has raised nine
foot ceilings faux painted with the sky, hence the name "The Sky
Penthouse". Custom Maple/Cherry entertainment center and wall unit in
the living room come equipped with flat screen High Definition cable
TV, stereo, DVD and a reading library of books.

The built-in work station is perfect for travelling businessmen who
want to do some work with the free wireless high speed internet while
watching the whales pass outside the unit length windows and balcony.
The couch is also a queen-size sofa-bed for extra guests and the
dining room has a expandable Japanese dining table for those who like
to entertain.

The large master bedroom with its nine foot sky ceiling is outfitted
with a luxurious California king Cherrywood bed, custom Cherry wood
closets, beautiful Cherry end tables with reading lamps from Indonesia
and full length glass sliders that open to the balcony. Nothing is
quite like waking up in the morning and while laying in bed, watching
the waves and surfers in the beautiful Hawaiian ocean. A cable TV and
DVD are also in the master.

The second bedroom is perfect for guests who don't need a ton of
space. Its outfitted with a double bed and cable TV and is beautifully
decorated in the tropical spirit. Off the second bedroom is the
in-suite laundry room and storage area for your baggage.

The bathroom is also all travertine floors, custom maple cabinets,
Blue Pearl Granite, double sinks, brushed stainless fixtures, and the
shower is full travertine too.

Did we mention the beautiful new furnishing by C.W. Woo that add a
tropical elegance or the Hawaiian inspired decorations and limited
edition paintings that bring the Hawaiian culture right inside your home?

We saved the best for last....location...location...location....AND
views galore. The units full length glass sliders opens to the unit
length balcony that has incredible views of Waikiki Beach, lagoon and
Diamond Head Volcano.

The building amenities are endless. Valet parking, concierge, 24 hour
front desk, travel desk, shops, grocery store,
deli, restaurant, swimming pool, poolside bar, tennis court,
poolside massage, and so much more. Just 1 minute takes
you to hundreds of Waikiki restaurants and shops. Parking in the
underground parking lots cost $25 a day. However, you can park 1
minute walk away at the lagoon for free.
