515 Franklin Street is named the Daisy Cottage. The location is perfect for a beach or vacation house. The house has Cape
May's oldest iron fence (green with white daisys). The house is a
restored Victorian located in the center of the historic district.
As far as location, the property is a 5 minute walk to the beach and
about 3 minutes to the Victorian mall. There are two units, one
that occupies the 1st floor and one that is on the 2nd and 3rd
floors. You can rent one or both units
(see rates) depending on the size of your family. Each unit
sleeps 8. Each unit is fully equipped to be rented separately.
Large extended families enjoy
renting both units to enjoy
each other's company during the day and privacy at night time.

1st floor: The front porch is off the living room and is a must for
breezy evenings or enjoying morning coffee (watch the horses go
by). The rooms are as follows: formal living room with queen
sleeper, tv and pocket doors for night-time privacy. large separate
dining room with double windows. Gourmet kitchen with cherry
cabinets, subzero refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and full
equipment to prepare all your meals (gas stove, dishwasher,
microwave and more). 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (king, 2 twins and
full beds) and laundry. This unit also has parking for 2 cars and
use of the outdoor spaces including the gas grill and sand shower.

2nd floor: The sunny deck is off the back on the 2nd floor for
privacy. The rooms are as follows: living room (which can easily
be converted to a bedroom) with tv. Large country eat in kitchen
(refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and more), 3
bedrooms and two full baths (king, 2 twins and two twins) and
laundry. This unit also has parking for 2 cars and use of the
outdoor spaces including the gas grill and sand shower. Exclusive
use of the second floor deck.
Rents range
from 850-2000.
515 Franklin Street - is located
in the center of the historic district. It is a very short walk to
all the town's attractions including the beach, activities, shops
and resturants. The house is about a 3.5 block's
walk to the beach and about 1.5 blocks to the Victorian mall.

tv and seating area. The kitchen is also fully equipped, microwave,
gas oven and stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, pots, pans,

There is TV, cable ,dvd/VCR, airconditioning and washer/dryer. Off
