Weekly September 8th-December 20th 2008: $1100; Two Night Weekend Stay -
$450
December 20th, 2008 -January 3rd 2009: $250/night with at least a three night
stay.
Weekly January 4th-February 2009:$1300/wk; Two Night Weekend Stay - $525;
Three Night Weekend - $750
Weekly March - June 23rd 2009: $1100/wk; Two Night Weekend Stay - $450
Weekly Last Week in June(20-27) - Labor Day 2009: $1800/wk

Deposit due (1/2 rental fee)and security deposit ($250)within one
week of making the reservation. Remainder is due two weeks
prior to arrival date. Cashier check or money order
requested. No personal checks please. Your security
deposit will be returned within one week of departure.
Please Note:
Linens are provided except beach towels - please bring your
own. Hand soap, dish soap and DW soap provided. Laundry
detergent is not. Housekeeping fee is included in the rental
charge. Upon departure unit is cleaned. If excessive
cleaning is necessary $25/hr. will be deducted from the
security deposit. Parking passes are required for each
vehicle and will be provided upon arrival (complex has on
site security).
