season ambiance of the Little Traverse Bay area!  We love it and 
believe you will too while staying in our four bedroom remodeled condo.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly September 5th-December 16th 2006: $1100; Two Night Weekend Stay -
       $500
December17th-January 6th 2006: $325/night with at least a three night
       stay.
Weekly January 7th-February 2007:$1300/wk; Two Night Weekend Stay - $575; 
       Three Night Weekend - $800
Weekly March - June 23rd 2007: $1100/wk; Two Night Weekend Stay - $450
Weekly Last Week in June (23-30) - Labor Day: $1900/wk 
     
Please e-mail with any questions

Deposit due (1/2 rental fee)and security deposit ($250)within one
        week of making the reservation.  Remainder is due two weeks
        prior to arrival date. Cashier check or money order
        requested.  No personal checks please. Your security
        deposit will be returned within one week of departure. 
Please Note:
        Linens are provided except beach towels - please bring your
        own.  Hand soap, dish soap and DW soap provided.  Laundry
        detergent is not.  Housekeeping fee is included in the rental
        charge.  Upon departure unit is cleaned.  If excessive
        cleaning is necessary $25/hr. will be deducted from the
        security deposit. Parking passes are required for each
        vehicle and will be provided upon arrival (complex has on
        site security).
