All rates include four hours of cleaning/ laundry upon departure
Weekly September 8th-December 24st 2012: $1100/wk; Two Night Weekend Stay -$450
December 25th, 2012 -January 2nd 2013: $250/night with at least a three night stay.
Weekly January 5th -February 2013:$1300/wk; Two Night Weekend Stay - $500; Three Night Weekend - $750
Weekly March - June 22nd 2013: $1200/wk; Two Night Weekend Stay - $450
Weekly Last Week in June(22-29) $1500/wk;
Weekly June 29- Labor Day 2012: $1700/wk

Deposit due (1/2 rental fee) within one
week of making the reservation. Remainder and security deposit are due two weeks prior to arrival date. Cashiers check or money order requested. No personal checks please. Your security
deposit will be returned within one week of departure.
Please Note:
Linens are provided except beach towels - please bring your
own. Hand soap, dish soap DW soap and Laundry detergent are provided. Housekeeping fee is included in the rental
charge. If excessive cleaning is necessary $25/hr. will be deducted from the security deposit. Parking passes are required for each
vehicle and will be provided. (complex has on site security).
