Deposit: 50% at time of booking remainder due two weeks
before arrival.
Cleaning
Services: There is a $150.00 non refundable
cleaning
fee. Also available upon request and at renters
expense is a service that will clean condo
weekly,
grocery shop, do laundry and dry cleaning chores.
They will also pick up and drop off at airport.

Security
deposit: $500.00 refundable upon inspection.
