Spectacular Lake Michigan beach house with a million dollar view
located just 1 mile south of the Holland Harbor in Castle Park. The
home has 3 bedrooms with queen/full beds and 2 and a half baths, a
modern kitchen that is fully furnished, living room, family room,
sitting porch, and a beautiful "widows watch" room on the 3rd floor.
Outside you will find miles of shoreline that includes a private
beach, a small deck off the master bedroom, and a large deck on the
main level.

Sunsets are gorgeous and beach walks are fantastic at all times of
the year. The "sounds" of Lake Michigan are sure to relax you.
During the summer season you may enjoy all of the amenities that
Castle Park has to offer; 8 clay tennis courts, swimming pool,
playground, library, amphitheater, association beach access, many
association planned activities, and more. During the winter months
you will love the cross country skiing. Restaurants and shopping are
great both in the Holland and Saugatuck area.

Weekly rates are $2500 - $3750 depending on the time of the year
plus a $500 security deposit (fully refundable if house is left in the condition found). Typically rental is Sat - Sat with 4pm
check-in and 10am check-out. Multiple week discounts are available.
There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve the
property. Linens available upon request for $100.
