getaway in a secluded cove on boone lake. Perfect for the family and  
friends with all the outdoor ingredients to a wonderful vacationers  
paradise.  Wether it be fishing, swimming, hiking trails, or just  
relaxing from lifes busyness your prayers will be answered here.  
Just built (completed 11/06) is a premier 1500 sq. ft. home that  
borders boone with nearly 100 ft. of lakefront and 2 acres. 
       
    This lake home retreat features 3 gorgious bedrooms, 2 roomy  
bathrooms, and a laundry room.  The kitchen is very spacious for  
those that love to cook, with appliances all stainless-steel and  
brand new.  The Dining room seats up to eight adults comfortably.  
The Spacious living room has a cozy feel with plenty of  
entertainment(satellite, DSL, DVD libary, books & games)to occupy  
those that prefer the indoors.   
Plush furniture with pull-out couch for additional guests, and yes  
central air/heating unit to keep things cool or cozy.   
    Second story has large loft bedroom with walkin closet and master 
bathroom.     
    Outside the front door is a raised deck that overlooks the lake  
and is a perfect spot for barbeques and outdoor relaxation.  Has  
dock in the water for those that bring boats or would like to rent  
boats at the marina.  Also has a fire-pit and seating area for those  
that enjoy the camping experience under the stars telling stories by  
the fire, only difference here is you have a cozy comforting cabin  
to retreat to as opposed to a tent.
