**Enjoy your SUMMER VACATION in our spectacular corner of the WORLD**  
 
Warm, inviting casual elegance is what you will discover when you  
arrive for your next Northern get away here in Traverse City.   
In the Spring of 2007, we completed an extreme makeover of our 1895  
cottage and we are happy to report that our first season was very  
well received. Unlike the old, dark Northern cabins of the past, we  
have maintained the cottage like feeling while creating the upscale  
urban-chic comfort of today.   
Location is the key to our lovely temporary residence guesthouse,  
1/2 block to Bryant Park Beach, walk or ride our new tandem bike to  
parks, downtown, shopping, fishing, summer and winter sports,  
cultural events, art galleries, festivals, wineries and restaurants  
featuring culinary delights to suit even the most discriminating  
palate!  Our guest house is in town, across the street from West  
Bay, at the Base of Old Mission Peninsula.  Enjoy!

Vacation Rental Amenities

We have paid special attention to the little details. Our ALL NEW  
well appointed interior features hardwood floors, ceramic tile, 
(allergy friendly)central heat and air conditioning, one bedroom  
with queen size bed, one bath,(luxurious linens and towels included) 
living room with a queen size sofa bed, "Captains Quarters" with  
double futon,(the cottage may accommodate up to 6 people), gorgeous  
fully equipped kitchen and new appliances, LCD TV with surround  
sound,"Bistro style" dining room with a dry bar and wine service   
area, fabulous lighting, stylish new contemporary furnishings and 
decor with beautiful rich colors and finishes, and cable with WI-FI.  
A portable crib and highchair are available upon request. All this,  
a beautifully landscaped yard and garden, brick patio & grill, and a  
welcoming front porch are there just waiting for YOU! The garage   
that is pictured is not included, there is a 60 ft. driveway to  
easily accommodate your vehicle/boat trailer, and a parking apron  
along the street.
