Our 1450 Sq.ft condo’s pleasant and relaxed atmosphere has all the
amenities of home. The large balcony has access from the living
room and the master bedroom. Its northern exposure offers side views
of the the Gulf of Mexico and Intercoastal waterway.
Our complex offers its own private fishing pier on the ocean,
pristine white sandy beach, a large heated pool, and hot tub. Listen
to the sound of the ocean while you prepare dinner in the BBQ area,
with its Tiki tables. Relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
We are just minutes from John’s Pass, and nearby Clearwater beach,
where dining, shopping and water sports can be found.
We are located 13 miles west of St.Pete/Clearwater airport, and
approx. 30 miles from Tampa International Airport.

Refund request must be received in writing 30 days prior to arrival date or
deposit is forfeited. An open credit card is required on arrival as a
damage deposit.
