in the secluded, gated community of the Five Star resort and golf 
course, the Pointe at South Mountain.  This vacation townhouse 
includes an open floor plan with a living room, dining, bath, and 
kitchen area with private patio on main floor. The second floor 
includes two bedrooms and master bath with two balconies off of each 
bedroom.  The community swimming pool and spa are just steps away 
from your front door.  

Get away from it all in this private, peaceful paradise that is 
located within walking distance from a mountain preserve, the 
renowned Phantom Golf course, or many fine dining restaurants and 
grills.  On site or Near by activities include swimming, hiking, 
biking, horseback riding, and golfing.  With all these amenities at 
your fingertips, you don’t ever have to leave this tranquil, 
relaxing community to enjoy that much needed vacation.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities included in town home are 2 bedrooms upstairs (Queen bed 
in master room), intimate patio with BBQ, full kitchen, microwave, 
dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, linens, washer and 
dryer, Cable TV, DVD, Internet Access, Iron and board, Spa (Shared), 
and 
Pool (shared).

Activities and Attractions

Hiking or biking at nearby mountain reserve, Golfing with over 200+ 
renowned golf courses in Phoenix, Tennis, Basketball, Horseback 
riding, Shopping, Fine dining at nearby restaurants - Latitude 30 
(California/Asian), Rustler's Roose (Steakhouse), Aunt Chiladas 
(Mexican), Cinemas, Museums, and the Phoenix Zoo. 

Sporting Events including Spring Training facilities, Arizona State 
University Sun Devils, the Diamondbacks, the Arizona Cardinals 
(SuperBowl 2008), and the FBR Phoenix open.

Old town Scottsdale, Downtown Phoenix, and the Sky harbor Airport 
are just 15 minutes away from the community.

Day trips can be made to Tombstone (3 hour), Beautiful Sedona (2.5

No smoking indoors
$65 non-refundable cleaning fee.

Deposit of rental fee is due at booking.  The final payment is due 
30 days prior to arrival or on arrival. 

$90 pool key refundable deposit due at the time reservation is made. 
Deposit is fully refundable after pool key is returned.

Cancellation Fee: $150, if a minimum of 30-day notice is required.

Vacation townhouse rentals begin at 3pm on first rental date and 
ends at 11:00am on your final rental date.

Property is individually owned and is not associated with resort.
