Our Seaside Penthouse is located directly on the beach in Oceanside, California. The view over the
palm trees is of the blue Pacific Ocean and the quaint Oceanside Harbor.
Our comfortable TWO-bedroom condo features two levels . Take the elevator up to the third floor
from your reserved parking spot in the secured parking ramp. Enter on the main level which has:
the guest bedroom with twin beds, a fully-equipped kitchen with brand-new range and refrigerator.
There is also a full bathroom with powder room, a comfortable great-room with a fireplace and a
balcony with a sweeping view of the Pacific Ocean and Oceanside’s lighthouse and harbor .
Climb the stairs to the penthouse master-suite with queen-sized bed , luxurious dressing room and
bathroom . There is a large walk-in closet and a patio door which leads to the roof-top deck. The
expansive sun deck has chaise lounges, a table with umbrella, comfortable chairs and a million
dollar view. Watch the surfers, the dolphins, the sailboats and the diving pelicans from your
treetop perch.

Activities and Attractions
The lush grounds will inspire you to stroll the flowered pathways and koi-filled streams.
If you love beachcombing, you can walk south for miles- stopping off at the Oceanside pier to watch
the fishing (no license is required for fishing on the pier) and drop in for a malt at Ruby’s Diner
at the end of the pier.
If you walk one block north, you’re at the marina, with quaint shops, delicious seafood
restaurants, harbor tours and boat rentals. The local seals are always giving a
free show too!
If you feel you must leave the beach, we are centrally located among many internationally famous
attractions. Just past the marina is the easy entrance to I-5. Take it north to Disneyland,
California’s Adventure, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Pasadena---all within easy driving to
return in the evening.
Take the freeway south to Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, Old Town and all the
shopping on the way. (Carlsbad Outlet Mall will inspire you to shop ‘til you drop}
If you travel east you can visit the Wild Animal Park in Escondido, wine country tours and
tastings in Temecula, and lots of Indian tribal gambling casinos in Pala.
Five blocks away is the Oceanside Transportation center which connects you via public transportation
(trains, trolleys and buses)to most areas of San Diego and Via MetroLink and Amtrak trains to Los
Angeles and Santa Barbara.
If you can stay a month, you won’t be able to do it all—you’ll want to come back again and again.
Our condo is fully equipped, just bring your clothes and your camera. We furnish the bedding,
towels and complete kitchen needs.
The community is built right on the fine sand beach and puts you in the right place for surfing,
kyaking, kite-surfing or boating.
MORE ABOUT THE OCEANSIDE HARBOR:
The harbor has boat rentals as well as fishing charters and party boats.
There are numerous shops and good restaurants are also found at the harbor.

Also available at the harbor is individual charter fishing and party boat fishing, whale watching,
sunset dining, and sightseeing cruises. Rentals of sea kyaks, wave runners (personal watercraft)
sail and power boats are available. The harbor hosts two out-rigger canoe clubs. These clubs
rally on Sunday mornings and one offers free trial runs for those interested in the sport. You
will be in the midst of many world class attractions. Disneyland, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, Wild
Animal Park, Legoland, Knotts Berry Farm, Birch Aquarium, Temecula Wine Country, and half a dozen
casinos are all within an hour's drive .

June RENT 1 week for 1300 or two weeks for 2200 (Available weeks of june 21 and 7/28
July / August 1950/week...FILL-out special 1650/week or 3000 for any two week rental
Available July 5, JUly 26, August 16,23 and 30th
September / March 2009 1200/week 2400/month
For Winter months (Sept 15 to May 20th)
2200 /month for 2 to 3 months
2100/month for 4 or more months
SECURE your reservation with a $500 security deposit and signed agreement
There is a 120 cleaning fee which is deducted from the security deposit before refunding it
there are no other taxes or fees
