This home and guest apartment will sleep 10 comfortably it includes
everything you will need. The main house has 1 king bed in the master
bedroom, 1 queen and 2 twin beds in the other 2 bedrooms, cable TV,
stereo,  wireless DSL, and complete kitchen with dishwasher. There are also laundry
facilities. The separate apartment has 1 king bed and a hide-a-bed
couch in the living room, cable TV and stereo. The apartment kitchen
has a refrigerator, microwave and sink. The house is located 3 miles
from the Kona airport and 6 miles from Kailua. Other amenities
include a ping pong table, horseshoe pit,  and
ceiling fans, maid service available. The pool is 5 ft. deep in the
shallow end and 9ft deep in the deep end, and not recommended for
small children.

This home is located 3 miles from kona airport and 6 miles from Kailua town  at 800 ft close to all the private beaches and away from the traffic in Kailua town . The closest store is 1 mile and the closest beach is 3 miles .

It's simple, $250 to $425 per day, price based on the number of guests, plus 12% tax and $500.00 refundable damage deposit. Stay 5 nights or more and get the 6th night free.
